Retailer account requirements
- Established U.S. pet retailer, veterinary retailer, groomer, or qualified pet-care business.
- Valid business information and resale certificate where applicable.
- Standard order minimum of $150 USD. The SuperZoo 10% opening offer requires a $250 USD order.
- Opening orders are prepaid by credit card. Credit terms may be reviewed after order history is established.
Channel protection
- Retailers must represent FAM Pets products accurately and follow current product directions and claims.
- Resale on Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Temu, or other third-party marketplaces requires prior written authorization.
- Wholesale access and promotional pricing may be withdrawn if an account violates agreed channel policies.
- Canadian retailers are served through FAM Pets' authorized Canadian distribution partners.

Before you apply.
Can anyone see the wholesale pricing?
No. Wholesale prices and quantity rules are shown only to approved company buyers after they sign in to their FAM Pets retailer account.
Do you offer payment terms?
Opening orders are prepaid. Net terms may be considered later for established accounts. Retailers who prefer marketplace-managed terms may also ask us about Faire.
Where do U.S. orders ship from?
U.S. wholesale orders are fulfilled through our third-party logistics warehouse in Wisconsin.
Can I sell FAM Pets on Amazon or Walmart?
Not without written approval. Our direct wholesale program is intended for approved retail stores and their own ecommerce websites.
Do you provide product training and assets?
Yes. Approved retailers can receive product education, staff guidance, product images, and other sales-support materials.
How do Canadian stores order?
Canadian retailers are served through FAM Pets' authorized Canadian distributors. Contact us and we will direct you to the appropriate partner.
