FAM Pets offers a 90-day money-back guarantee on eligible purchases. If you and your pet do not love FAM Pets, contact us and we will make it right.
Refunds, replacements, return shipping, damaged products, incorrect orders, promotional samples, gift cards, final sale items, and abuse of policy are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
