This policy applies to purchases made directly from fam-pets.com.
If you purchased FAM Pets from Amazon, Chewy, Walmart, a retail store, or another seller, please contact that seller first. Their return and refund policy may apply.
We may still help where possible, but refunds for third-party purchases may need to be handled by the original place of purchase.

Refunds
Once your request is approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method.
Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by FAM Pets or unless required by law.
Replacements
If your product arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or there was another issue with your order, we may send a replacement at no additional cost.
